Dispatch will be executed within 1-3 days from the day of receipt of the payment at our bank.100% of the amount would be refunded to your account in case of non-execution of order(s). A notification would be sent against this.
Should there be any claim on the goods, the customer can return back the material in original packing. Full amount (Original price) would be refunded to his/her account within 2-3 working days from the day of receipt of returned material. How/ever Seller shall not be liable for the courier/forwarding charges incurred against such returns.
The actual color may vary slightly from the one viewed on the screen due to varying screen resolutions. This shall not be considered a product flaw. H/ever customer can match the product with the original color shades mentioned on the portal/website
Returns/claims/shortages/ damages if any must be made within 7 days from the day of receipt of goods at, sales@houseofpashmina.com with specific reason(s).Thereafter the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
